YOOO!

Some updating to do, i realized..lol. Okies, oh ya, i MUST tell you about that Saturday and Sunday (how many weeks ago already arh? *scratches head and looks puzzled* someone help me!! haha), when I measure for my FIRST PAIR OF POINTE SHOES AND WENT TO WATCH WESTSIDE STORY ON THE SAME DAY AS YANI!!!! Yupp, freaky isn't it? I'm like always going on the same day as Yani for everything. Like Burn The Floor? Yani didn't go, but her dad and sis went on the same day as I went. And Yani'll be going for Grease, so is Valerie, and HAHA! who knows what will happen or who I will see?! But anyway, Westside story was really nice. It's like your typical Romeo and Juliet story, and the songs were really nice too. The girl's voice was really really loud, and she was very high-pitched...she sang like in an opera or something. I went to see the show with Tua Ee, Jiejie Lisa and Korkor J (my aunt and cousins), and after the show, which ended like 10.30, we still went to have supper at Makansutra. =)..wasn't really hungry actually, even though I only had a burger for the rushed dinner, and I just ate some ling yong pau. Then we went home, and when I finally reached home, it was like 12 something already...whooosh, exhausted man. Anyway, on SATURDAY, yes , my pointe shoe!! I finally knew how it was liike to wear a pointe shoe, yea, not stand on it and use it thoroughly, but just wearing it. Feels queer actually, it's like your typical normal ballet shoe, but there is some restriction at the end, instead of feeling nothing at the end, there is like something jarring you toes..it's the wood of course, and the first half of your feet is like clammed together, and at the end, the shoe's just loose. Yupp, so that's all, i got the crochet pad and the ribbons..no toe pads...and i can't use the shoe yet..wait for further instructions first (hope they come soon)...hahaha.
Anyway, last week, was quite a normal week I guess, only I watched Mission Impossible 3 and went to Tua Ee's house for her birthday celebration, and I watched I Not Stupid 2 over the weekend, on VCD. Went to Tua Ee's house on Labour Day as it was her birthday. Had lunch and played with cousins and all...hahaz..the usual, but the chocolate cake was so darn nice!! yeah! hehes..and mission impossible was also really cool. It was so action-packed that you just couldn't miss a minute of it!! but there's also humour packed into it..I think everyone should go and watch the show!! And the I Not Stupid show is nice, funny and sad..yuppers..can really cry a lot over the show, and I think the boys have grown up so much..haha!
This week's been rather stressful, even though it's such a short week and all, but Monday's history test was really a chore, half the time I could feel myself writing rubbish, and I know I got my facts all mixed up..hahaha..my hand was so tired after that, and it's still aching now! AW..I seriously think i'll do really badly for that stupid test. Luckily, next week, there is only one test left!! yippee!! HEHE. and dance is making me so depressed. the teacher is so biased, although she keeps on saying that "we assure you there is no favouritism here" but..haiya, she keeps singling out her favourites..of course she's being biased la! but anyways, don't want to talk so much about it, just hope this short week will be okay!!! =) and I met one of my sec 4 dance senior, Michelle, yesterday, when she was waiting at the bus stop outside Bugis MRT station. It was raining heavily with lightning and thunder and all, and at first I just ignored her. I didn't even know who she was anyway, but later , while I was opening my umbrella, she approached me and asked me to shelter her as well. Then as we walked to the station together, we talked and I found out that she was also in dance and all that la..hahax, actually she's sec 4 already, but she's still a head shorter than I am!! hahax..sorry Michelle, don't mean it la.. =p

Anyway, take a look at this!!..found it in the new paper..
Mother Knows Best
Brian invited his mother over for dinner.
While watching him and his room-mate, Stephanie, his mum wondered if there was more between them than met the eye.
Brian said, "I assure you Stephanie and I are just room-mates."
About a week later, Stephanie said to Brian, "Ever since your mother came to dinner, I've been unable to find the beautiful silver gravy ladle. You don't suppose she took it, do you?"
Brian said," Well, I doubt it, but I'll e-mail just to be sure."
He wrote: "Dear mum: I'm not saying that you "did" take the gravy ladle from the house; I'm not saying that you "did not" take the gravy ladle. But the fact remains that one has been missing every since you were here for dinner. Love, Brian."
Days later, his mother e-mailed back: "Dear son: I'm not saying that you "do" sleep with Stephanie; I'm not saying that you "do not" sleep with Stephanie. But the fact remains that if Stephanie is sleeping in hwe own bed, she would have found the gravy ladle by now. Love Mum."
lesson of the day: Never lie to your mother... =)
